Yes, that is the plan. The committed list is German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Japanese, and a British English edition. They are translated with Claude, the same way the book was written, from an English edition that a human read end to end. Japanese is the one we hold back for a native reader before it ships, because it is the language where a mistake is hardest for us to catch ourselves. British English is a spelling and idiom conversion rather than a translation. No dates on any of them. A language is announced when it is finished, not when it is started.
No. It is a memoir of one build. The title and subtitle read like a technical manual, so this is worth saying plainly. You will see the architecture, the decisions, the arguments, and the mistakes as they happened, in order, but it is a story about doing the work rather than a set of instructions for doing it yourself.
